The Department of Emergency Affairs of Florence County confirmed the incident on Twitter by writing this: "Due to a high priority call to Vintage Place near Hoffmeyer Rd in FLORENCE. There is an active shooter incident underway at this time. We advise everyone to stay away from this area. FCSO as well as City PD and other first responders take up this situation. Photos and videos captured a massive police reaction on the scene.
