Tomorrow (Tuesday): The sun is coming back, but it's cold and hot. Peaks are only 40 to 45, about 10 degrees lower than normal. Cold winds hover in the 20s and 30s, most of the day while northwest winds blow 10 to 15 mph and gusts of 20 to 30 mph. Trust: Medium-High
