A former high school math teacher in New York City and his twin brother admitted to stocking explosive materials and paid students to help them make bombs.

Christian Toro and Tyler Toro, both of the Bronx, pleaded guilty Monday in Manhattan federal court, accused of blast.

The 28-year-old brothers were arrested in February after students called a bomb threat at a Harlem charter school. Christian recently resigned from the school and prosecutors said that school officials had discovered instructions to make bombs on his laptop.

Authorities say the officers raided the brothers' apartment and found many components to make explosives. They say the two men also paid students for dismantling fireworks and storing the explosive powder.

They each face up to 10 years in prison when they are sentenced on March 26.
