A former detention center staff member welcoming migrant children shared photos and videos of the building's interior with NBC News, giving insight into his parents' separation conditions with the "Tolerance" policy zero 'of the Trump administration.
Rachel Maddow of MSNBC said Monday that the woman secretly filmed footage inside a facility located in New York City. The employee resigned from her job last week and provided the video under cover of anonymity, Maddow said.

The pictures show children with their fuzzy faces. They sit in what looks like a classroom, where school supplies and cards can be spotted in the background.
Another image seems to show that children eat a meal on paper plates.
Maddow also played audio that reveals a worker at a detention center discouraging children from talking with reporters. The woman, who speaks Spanish, warns that talking to the press could put their case in limbo.

"I am here today because I feel that it is important to make a difference," said the former employee of the establishment at MSNBC for her decision to "get the job done. save the images.
"It's sad to know that these children are crying for their parents, they do not know where their parents are," she added.
Lawyer Michael Avenatti tweeted late Monday that it was one of his clients who provided the images to MSNBC.

The Trump administration has imposed overwhelming bipartisan reactions in recent weeks for its practice of separating migrant families at the border. The separations were a direct result of the Department of Justice's "zero tolerance" policy on illegal immigration.
Trump last Wednesday signed an executive order to end the separations after days of claims that only Congress could act on the issue.
The Department of Homeland Security has since said that it knows the location of each of the more than 2,000 separated children as a result of the policy, and is working to reunite them with their families. However, the ministry has not set a timetable for when this could happen.
