GE shares increase slightly after company presents bonus program

On Thursday, the Board of Directors, Mr. Lawrence Culp, approved an "employment incentive award" contingent upon the appreciated appreciation of the title under Culp's leadership. As part of this bonus, the Executive Development and Compensation Committee of the Board will pay between 2.5 and 7.5 million shares on the basis of a target price appreciation of between 50% and 150% from 1st to 30th September 2022. There will be no payment if the price increase falls below 50%. GE action rose 0.3% in broad session on Thursday, after rising 1.4% to close at $ 12.66. Since Culp's appointment as CEO, the stock is up 12%.
