George Eads leaving MacGyver before season 4 – Jack Dalton

Yes MacGyver go on to a fourth season, he will do it without George Eads. TVLine confirmed that the actor had decided to leave his role as Jack Dalton during the second half of the current third season of the CBS reboot.

According to THR, Eads stormed the series program in Atlanta in October as a result of an unspecified altercation during the production of an episode. He eventually returned to the ensemble. His latest episode is scheduled to air in early 2019. Eads reportedly asked to be released from his long-term contract to return to Los Angeles (where his young daughter lives).

For the record, Eads has not been the subject of TVLine's recent Blind Item regarding the imminent departure of a member of the cast, long-term broadcast drama series.

This is the second premature release of Eads from the CBS procedure. He briefly left CSI in season 14 after an altercation on the set with one of the writers of the drama. Eads and his casting mate Jorja Fox were fired from CSI in 2004, after being sick for the first day of shooting in season 5, as a wage renegotiation tactic. This impasse lasted less than two weeks.

Eads has also chosen not to participate in CSIThe swan's two-hour song in 2015, forcing the creator of the series Anthony E. Zuiker to excise Nick Stokes of the script already finished. Nick's story had already been featured in the season 15 finale.

A representative from CAS refused to comment on this story.
