During the shooting of Rest in power: the story of Trayvon MartinGeorge Zimmerman began sending threatening messages to Jay Z, who was the executive producer, and his wife Beyonce, according to The Blast.

In the messages, he called Queen Bey "a whore broke" and threatened to kill the couple of power.

The messages, sent to private investigator Dennis Warren who was working on the series, read as follows:

"And I'm going to hell with me.

Oh yes and tell Jay-Z that he is a b ** ch and that his wife is a broke whore.

If I see them in my life, they'll end up in a 13-foot gator.

Zimmerman also reportedly sent threatening messages to co-executive producer Michael Gasparro. Zimmerman sent him his own address telling him that he knew where he lived and that members of a famous organized crime family were looking for him.

In May, Zimmerman faced charges of harassment and criminal harassment for "voluntarily, maliciously and repeatedly following, harassing or cyber-tracking Dennis Albert Warren," according to court documents.

Warren helped find people to interview for the docuseries. Hev would have received hundreds of threatening messages and messages from Zimmerman.

The last episode of the Docuseries will be broadcast on September 10 at 22h on the Paramount Network and BET.
