Georgia remained No. 8 in the top 25 of the Associated Press's university polls ahead of Saturday's rival Florida. The Bulldogs were inactive this weekend and will return to the game after a loss to LSU. They have moved from second place. Georgia remained # 6 in the coaching survey.
The Georgia-Florida match will be in the top 10 while the slow-moving Gators are 9th.
Georgia was able to recover after Ohio State knocked out Purdue and went from No. 2 to No. 11.
Georgia and Florida kick off at 3:30 pm on CBS Saturday at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville.
