Giants vs. Cowboys results in 2018: Dallas plays a big role in Sunday Night Football

The Dallas Cowboys are 1-1 on the season after a big win over the New York Giants on Sunday night football, win 20-13. Neither team was particularly good in attack, but the Giants were terrible on this front, so two good shots of Cowboys were enough to get the victory.

Dallas managed to roll back Eli Manning Giants six times for a 59-yard loss. Manning was ineffective throughout the match, as was his offensive line in front of him. Saquon Barkley had some good points, but in the end, he got yards for the most part, as the line was handled in both phases of the match. Barkley finished with just 28 rushing yards.

At half-time, the Cowboys had control of the match, although it was not an explosion. Dak Prescott hit Tavon Austin on a great 64-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter, but finished the half-time with just seven out of 14 passes.

Every Giants offensive seemed to be spoiled by a Dallas bag. Then, in the fourth, Prescott led the Cowboys on a touchdown of 14 games and 82 yards. Although most players did not expect the Giants to reverse the situation in the second half, this decision ended the game even with almost six minutes left.

The Giants would score a touchdown with less than two minutes remaining, and all remaining timeouts. They went from the front and recovered it. They then went down and started another goal on the field, but they could not convert the second free kick.

Cowboys 20, Giants 10, 1:25 4Q: The Giants take the lead on their own and take advantage of the defense against Dallas' loss with a short pass, including a 16-yard pass to Beckham. They eventually moved to the Dallas area. Two-minute caution at the 19-yard Dallas line. They get a penalty delay. Manning finally finds Engram for an 18-yard touchdown. The extra point is good, but there is less than 90 seconds left. The free kick is successful.

Cowboys 20, Giants 3, 5:45, 4Q: Dallas takes over on his own 18-yard line. They convert a 3rd and 8th with a 10-yard pass to Beasley. Then they find themselves in a third situation, 3rd and 4th. Cowboys 13, Giants 3, 14:08, 4Q: The Cowboys recover the ball, but it's a disaster. Facing a 3rd and 1st place, they are called twice in a row, making it a 3rd and 21st place. They do not convert, so they steal. New York gets the ball on its own 36-yard line, and after picking up a field on two Barkley runs, the third quarter ends. The start of the fourth inning is not much better for the Giants, as Manning is sacked for the sixth time. They hunt her.

Against the Jacksonville Jaguars in their first game, the Giants managed a certain offensive, scoring 15 points, but eventually lost nearly 20-15. Eli Manning completed 23 of 37 passes for 224 yards with no touchdowns and one interception, which was returned for a touchdown by linebacker Myles Jack.
