The conners will be a little different when the Roseanne Spinoffs next month – and we are not talking about the absence of the franchise owner. Mindy Project veteran Xosha Roquemore, who played DJ Geena's wife Roseanne revival, will not come back for the ABC offspring. The character of Geena occupies a central place in Roseanne gun. In the sitcom's original series, she was the girl that DJ refused to kiss because she was African-American. In season 10, we learn that DJ is finally married 
Geena and the couple had a daughter, Mary. Because Geena was serving abroad, we only saw the character (played by Roquemore) once via Skype. We still do not know what precipitated the recasting.
