This week, Washington has improved in high school, Dallas exchanged receivers as in 2008 and the sale of fires in New York failed faster than the career of Giants Eli Apple.

Here's what happened and what's happening this week in the east of the NFC:

Giants of New York (1-7)

ICYMIOdell Beckham took a few shots in hand, Saquon Barkley ran around dudes and Eli Manning launched a red zone interception. Another standard loss for the giants, which fell in Washington, 20-13.

Meanwhile, Jason Garrett was spotted at a World Series game in Los Angeles. When asked when he thought it was an appropriate use of his coach's time, Jones said, "I'm not associated with anyone who works more than (Garrett)." I do not doubt from him.

Turn: If a third round for Golden Tate was an overpayment (it was not), then a first round for Cooper is an unhealthy holdup. Jones, 76, seems to have forgotten the Roy Williams trade a decade ago. You will probably remember, he gave no victory to the Super Bowl.

Cooper is expected to receive nearly $ 14 million next year and should probably benefit from an extension. REMINDER: Jones granted Williams a $ 54 million extension. Cooper's agent is probably doing boat shopping right now.

That being said, Cooper is a 24-year-old Pro Bowler and immediately becomes their best receiver. From a talent perspective, Dallas has improved beyond expectations … but at a cost.

ICYMI: Washington had his best start since Brad Lidge was perfect. Adrian Peterson completed the scorecard with two touchdowns and a run of more than 60 yards, offsetting his fumble in the red zone. Security D.J. Swearinger had two interceptions, and he should send Manning a fruit basket as a thank you.

The big news is the acquisition of Ha Ha Clinton-Dix (whose name evokes a ska group of the 90s) for a fourth lean player.

Turn: Clinton-Dix has been constantly inconsistent in recent years, which sums up all the players of the unnamed Packers Aaron Rodgers. Whatever it is, he should create a great match with Swearinger. The Washington reception sent a message to their cloakroom; they go there now. With a 70 year old PA as the team's best offensive weapon, it should have been obvious.

Bottom line: The Green Bay organization did an exchange with the Dan Snyder organization. By focusing on this fact in itself, who do you think has won the trade?
