GREENSBORO, N.C. – A message describing a Mother's Night at Olive Garden went viral on Facebook for a waitress's benevolent gesture.

With her young child wriggling and crying loudly in the restaurant, her mother Courtney Pedigo felt overwhelmed. When Pedigo asked her waitress to bring her meal in a takeaway box so that she could have dinner in her car, the waitress intervened to save the day. The waitress came and sat down with Pedigo to feed the child so that Pedigo could have his meal.
After the event, Pedigo went on Facebook to publish his story and show him his appreciation of the waitress.
In his message, Pedigo exclaimed: "I really ate my food while it was still hot!"
Pedigo finished her message by thanking the waitress and saying, "I know your mother is looking from the sky with the biggest smile."
