Ground research for a missing girl from Wisconsin reduced

Authorities in Wisconsin are reducing their field research in search of a missing 13-year-old girl whose parents were shot dead, claiming Wednesday that the Jayme kidnapping investigation Closs was entering a new phase.

Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald said in an article on Facebook that Jayme's research remains his top priority and that authorities will continue to explore new avenues. But he added that the new demands had decreased, so the authorities are moving from a reactive operation 24 hours a day to a more methodical investigative approach.

"I want to reassure the great people of Barron County and all the other citizens of the country who continue to support and follow this case that we have spared no effort," Fitzgerald said.

Jayme has been missing since October 15, when sheriff's deputies responded to the 911 call and found the door of his family's home near Barron. His parents, James and Denise Closs, were shot indoors. The investigators believe that Jayme was abducted and excluded him as a suspect in the murder of his parents.

Fitzgerald said the authorities have received more than 2,100 tips in this case. He said the authorities had spent the last 18 days reviewing information from social media platforms, phone records, family members, friends and colleagues.

"They worked with passion, determination and resilience to solve this case and bring Jayme home, and I'm so proud of each one of them," he said. He thanked the members of the community who provided the meals to the investigators, the people who submitted the advice, and the volunteers who participated in Jayme's research. He also encouraged others to continue reporting problems that might bring him to it.

"This is not because the stance of our operations center has changed that tips must stop." We always have an on-call team to manage them as they arrive. Keep calling your tips – there is a tip there, it will help us solve this case and bring Jayme home, "he wrote.

A $ 50,000 reward is offered for information that leads to Jayme.
