Gwen Stefani was all smiles while paying tribute to her "cute" handsome Blake Shelton whom she calls "Blakey", while talking about her family and her career, just as she launched her new Las Vegas Residence
The 48-year-old singer played her first concert Just a Girl at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Wednesday and took her kids, her brother, his niece and, of course, his handsome. She and Shelton, 42, have been together for over two and a half years.
