2018 has been a busy year for Hailey Baldwin. The model surprised the fans with a quick commitment to Justin Bieber in July and, two months later, the couple secretly tied a knot in a New York City. court. And according to Baldwin, it's the greatest moment of his life.

Since its commitment, the model says WWD she reduced her modeling work during fashion month to spend more time with Bieber, 24 years old.
"I've been trying to be very selective with fashion week, just because I want to have the time to spend time being relaxed and with my family – and my fiance," Baldwin said.

Two days after Bieber's July 7 proposal in the Bahamas, the pop star confirmed the news to fans with a heartfelt message on Instagram.
"Would I wait a moment to say something, but the word travels fast, listen simple and simple Hailey I'm so in love with everything about you!" Writes Bieber in the legend.

Several sources confirmed Friday that the couple had tied a civil ceremony last week in a New York court. According to a photo obtained by TMZ, they were seen entering a courthouse on Thursday, where marriage licenses were issued.

The religious source spoke to the family and confirmed to PEOPLE that they were legally married at the courthouse, but that they would soon have a religious ceremony and celebrations with family and friends. "They're going to have a big explosion in front of God and everybody they like," the source told PEOPLE.
Baldwin's uncle, Alec Baldwin, confirmed the news to Access on the red carpet at the 2018 Emmy Awards.
"They just married and got married," said 60-year-old Alec, adding later that he had met "only once" Bieber, but texts with Hailey's "time" in time".
