Half Lovato was spreading the love this Thanksgiving.
The 26-year-old former Disney Channel star recounted her Instagram story Thursday to share a Thanksgiving message with her fans after leaving the rehab center earlier this month.
"Happy Thanksgiving everyone !!!" Lovato wrote next to a photo of his impressive Thanksgiving spread, which includes stuffing, sauce and turkey. This post is rare for the singer "Tell me you love me", which went out of social media since his hospitalization in July following an apparent overdose of drugs. Since then, she has completed a three-month treatment program to focus on her sobriety.
Lovato's post comes a few days after she's no longer followed with famous friends such as Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas and Iggy Azalea. One source told ET that it was an attempt to "focus on itself" and "avoid any difficult relationship".
"She needs to surround those who support her goals and stay clear of any negativity," the source said. "Half has come a very long way, she has grown emotionally and matured a lot through this process, she realizes that there is no quick fix and has accepted the fact that she has to take it day by day, she always has a sober companion, and she built a very strong support group. "
