Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten dance to the rhythm of their hearts.

It seems that a love affair bursts between partners Alexis and Alan in this season of Dance with the stars. A source told E! News, the Sports Illustrated model and her dance instructor grew up to "really appreciate the company of others". The insider added, "Alan is a good guy.It is a very nice girl too."

And while Alexis launched into dancing with a boyfriend by her side, the source said, "They were already in the outs", which resulted in their just breaking up "a few weeks later ". However, it must be said that their subsequent split "had nothing to do with Alan and there was no cheating."

The split simply provided the coach with the opportunity to show not only his ability to dance, but also how he could provide the shoulder to rest on. "Alan was really supportive of her and a great friend after the breakup," said the insider.

But with the mirrorball just at hand, the couple is in no hurry to define the relationship. According to the source, "These are both young and attractive people who just see where it's going, but it's not important at the moment." He really wanted to stay professional at first, he took the job very seriously but if a friendship begins to become romantic and they only see where things are going! "

Just last week, Alexis confessed that she "was developing feelings for Alan," to his surprise. "It happened very quickly, so I think I'm still trying to deal with it," she admitted.

Alan, however, tried to keep things strictly professional, at least until tonight. In a preview of the Monday night show, Alan tells the model that he too falls in love. "I know you went there last weekend, and I have feelings for you," Alan told him. "And I really feel like falling in love with you."

Dance with the stars broadcasts Mondays (8 pm ET) on ABC.
