HIALEAH, FLA. (WSVN) – A Hialeah Taco Bell employee no longer has a job following the online broadcast of a customer's video.

Alexandria Montgomery told 7News that she was trying to place an order at the window of a Taco Bell at 785 East Ninth in Hialeah around 10:30 pm. Wednesday evening.

"She said something in Spanish that I did not understand," recalled Montgomery. "I answered" No habla español "and she replied" No habla ingles ".

When she was unable to place an order with the speaker, Montgomery decided to go to the window and started recording video on her mobile phone when the worker still refused to take her order because she did not speak Spanish.

"I just wanted a quesadilla and it's not hard to understand in Spanish, because I think it's a Spanish word," she said.

"Do you have a manager here?" Montgomery can be heard asking in the video.

The employee replied in Spanish: "She is at home sleeping."

The worker then asked Montgomery to leave because there was another car behind her.

"There is no one who speaks English," she said in Spanish. She then closed and locked the window.

When Montgomery kept recording and waiting at the window, the employee came back and asked her to leave the passage again.

"It's Hialeah, I'm sorry," she said in Spanish.

"It's America!" Replied Montgomery.

It was at this point that two other employees could be seen walking towards the window, but no one came forward to help. At one point, the worker said that she was going to call the police.

Montgomery finally left and posted the video on Facebook that night. It quickly gained popularity, getting 120,000 views in just over a day.

She said that the company then apologized to her and told her that the woman in the video had been fired.

A representative of Hialeah Taco Bell told 7News that they had no comment to make and said to contact the head office.

Taco Bell Corp. provided this statement: "This does not meet our expectations for customer experience. We quickly worked with the client to make sure this did not happen again … This person is no longer working for the brand. "

A spokesman for Taco Bell apologized to Montgomery and a $ 100 gift card. She said that she did not take it.
