Two visitors died in Yosemite National Park after falling as a result of an accident, the National Parks Service said in a statement Thursday.
The rangers in the park were trying to retrieve the bodies of the fallen man and woman from Taft Point, a heavily used fortress at an altitude of 7,500 feet, starting at 2:00 pm. AND. Deaths are currently the subject of an investigation, but no other information is still available, including the identity of visitors, the statement said.
