Early Wednesday morning, a man approached Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, removed a pickaxe from his guitar case and broke the sidewalk plate into pieces. The star-smasher has returned since, but the episode has not yet taken its course: Thursday, a fight broke out on the destroyed star of Trump between his supporters and opponents, reports Yahoo News.

Joy Villa, a musician and supporter of Trump, posted two videos on Twitter of what happened that night. The first is relatively benign: it represents Villa and a group of pro-Trump protesters posing with a cardboard cutout of the president and singing the national anthem where once was the Trump star.

The second video, however, shows a fight between several men at the rally. The circumstances surrounding the fight are unclear, but it seems to have been precipitated by an argument on the use of the N-word. About 20 seconds into the clip of a minute, a man in a ponytail and a man in a black hat start to fight, and several others join soon.

On several occasions, one can hear someone shouting "Hey, that's a sailor!" Villa wrote in the attached quote that "our navy veteran was attacked", well that the video that struck first is unclear, and who among the people involved, if any, is an American navy.

According to Yahoo News, the Los Angeles Police Department is finally At that time, however, everyone was gone and no arrests were made, although Villa stated in a follow-up tweet that a police report had been filed .

The man who destroyed the Trump star was videotaped, and he was later identified as Austin Clay, 24. According to NBC 4, he kept the pickaxe in a guitar case before removing and obliterating the plate. Clay was then presented to the police, but was when the authorities arrived at the scene. He then went to the Beverly Hills Police, NBC 4 reports.

Clay was held for suspicion of vandalism crime, reports Los Angeles Times and his surety was set at $ 20,000. It was first reported that Clay had been bailed out by a James Otis – who, probably not by coincidence, himself destroyed the Trump's Hollywood star two years earlier. According to Yahoo News, however, Otis simply offered to pay Clay's bail before Clay was finally bailed out by an anonymous donor.

Clay, for one, is not remorseful. In an interview with TMZ, he says that he is glad to have broken Trump's star.

"I think I made a very good number," Clay told TMZ. "I feel proud of myself."

Clay also said that several celebrities congratulated him for ruining Trump's star, including Robert DeNiro, Chelsea Handler and Mark Hamill.

"I felt really passionate about what was happening with immigrants and stripping children of their parents, and that made me a little excited," Clay told TMZ later. "Donald Trump represents everything that everyone with a half-brain and half-heart in this country is angry, that's why I did it."
