The pilot of a hot air balloon was killed in an accident at an Ohio balloon, according to reports.

The incident occurred on Friday night shortly after the balloon landing in a field, reported the Ashland source. The victim was 74 years old and was attending the 28th Annual Ashland Balloonfest in Ashland, according to the newspaper.
