Mission Profile: Launch of ULA Atlas V with AEHF-4

If all goes according to plan, a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket, installed in its most powerful configuration, will leave a platform at Cape Canaveral Air Base early Wednesday with a $ 1.8 billion military communications satellite .

The teams have two hours – from 12:15 pm to 2:15 pm – to reinforce the Air Force's very high frequency evolved 4 spacecraft, from Launch Complex 41, to a geosynchronous transfer orbit. .

According to the forecasters of the Air Force, the time is 80% "attempted".
