Hue Jackson was not aware Zane Gonzalez was kicked while he was injured

Blame can be spread all around. Why did Gonzalez not reveal Jackson's injury? If the trainers were aware, why was not Jackson?

Whatever the reason it was not reported, it's not a good idea for Jackson to run a program where something like this happens.
