The SpaceX flamethrower at Tesla via the Elon Musk space is known for its strange and wonderful ideas.

Now the CEO of SpaceX has announced his intention to send the sculpture into space.

The sculpture is actually a non-functional satellite with high reflectivity, that is to say it will be seen from the ground.

The project representative said: "When the twenty-first century unfolds and will give rise to unresolved global tensions, the Orbital reflector encourages us all to look at the night sky with a new sense of wonder, to consider our place in the universe and rethink the way we live together on this planet.

When the sculpture reflects sunlight, it will become visible on Earth as a slowly moving artificial star.

The sculpture will be launched into space using SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets.

SpaceX predicts that the sculpture will be in Earth orbit for several weeks before being burned after entering the Earth's atmosphere.
