Injuries: Receptor Colts T.Y. Hilton practices fully

T.Y. Hilton missed the last two games due to a sore hamstring injury.

The receiver of the Indianapolis Colts told reporters Wednesday that he was going to test his injury today and Thursday, on a restricted basis.

We'll probably know by the end of the week whether the Colts' deep and much-needed threat may return Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, but early results are promising as Hilton was on the full-fledged list. He probably would not be 100% sure he is able to play this week, but that does not worry the general public.

"My least (only 100 percent) is better than a lot of people," said Hilton, via Mike Wells from ESPN.

He is not wrong.

The Colts have struggled with declines over the past two weeks as they relied on a group of big receivers led by Ryan Grant (missing training due to an ankle injury), Chester Rogers and Zach Pascal. Without Hilton, Eric Ebron has become the preferred target of Andrew Luck. The former first-round pick has compiled 13 receptions for 176 and three touchdowns in the last two weeks.

If Hilton can come back, even at full speed, it would be a big boost for Luck and the 1-5 Colts.
