A day after Heather Locklear was arrested for apparently beating a sheriff's deputy and emergency medical staff, authorities have responded to a medical call at his home according to reports.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office told CNN and Entertainment Tonight that a patient has been rushed to hospital from Locklear's home in Thousand Oaks, California. The sheriff's office refused to name the person and stated that the appeal concerned a medical problem.

Locklear was arrested Sunday night after police entered her home and found the actress, 56, supposedly intoxicated and arguing with friends and family members. When the authorities tried to break the conflict, she would have beaten one of the deputies. An ambulance was requested to transport Locklear to a local hospital to obtain medical clearance, and she allegedly kicked the emergency medical personnel once they arrived, reported officials.

Locklear was transported to a local, licensed hospital and then booked into Ventura County Jail on the suspicion of two counts of battery felony against an officer and emergency personnel. She was released after posting a $ 20,000 bail on Monday morning, and must be sent to court on August 23rd.

Authorities have already been shipped to Locklear's residence on June 17 for a suicidal person, show fire department records. One person, whose identity could not be confirmed, was finally transported from the house to the Los Robles Regional Medical Center.

USA TODAY reached out to the Ventura County Sheriff's Office to comment.
