Watch goals and key games as Inter Milan and Tottenham face off in Group B in the UEFA Champions League.
Inter Milan waited six years before returning to the Champions League stage and made sure its reintroduction was memorable.
Mauro Icardi and Matias Vecino scored two late goals, allowing Inter to win 2-1 against Tottenham, beheaded, in their Group B opening match on Tuesday. Christian Eriksen opened the scoring with a fortuitous deviation, and it seemed that Spurs would start with the three points. By the time it seemed that Tottenham would leave Milan with a win, Icardi managed to get a tying goal. The center of Kwadwo Asamoah on the left completed its run to Icardi, about 20 meters from goal. With a quick right kick, Inter's captain shot Vorm a fine shot, making 1-1 and causing celebrations around San Siro.
Inter was not done there either. Vecino returned home in the 92nd minute after a corner, giving Inter the three points and sending Tottenham home after his opening match.
