On Monday, Mayweather used her Instagram account and said, "CBS, Showtime and MGM Grand are out the checkbook!"
It's in response to Nurmagomedov alongside Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, at an event in Russia this weekend, and to have challenged Mayweather while claiming that he had better managed McGregor.
"Let's go Floyd," Nurmagomedov said. "We have to fight now – 50-0 against 27-0, two guys who have never, never lost." "Come on, why not?" In the jungle, there's only one thing. One king, of course, I am the king.
"He could not leave McGregor, but I left him easily, that's right.
Before Nurmagomedov brought in McGregor, the Irish MMA superstar expressed interest in a rematch against Mayweather. McGregor can not be happy with Mayweather apparently fighting with his fierce rival. Manny Pacquiao could share these feelings since Mayweather had previously announced that he would fight Pacquiao before the end of the year.
Nurmagomedov and Mayweather may have initiated the idea of just fighting to irritate McGregor. But if Mayweather is ready to come out of retirement, which opponent would be the most intriguing: Nurmagomedov, McGregor or Pacquiao?
