The Cowboys will win the NFC East
Dallas scored a total of 83 points in his first five games, then lost a 40 burger burger on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. If you've seen this coming, I'll pick you up this afternoon and we'll go to Vegas. At 3-3, the Cowboys are tied with the Eagles for second place in the division, just half a game behind Washington, which they play next week.
The verdict of Graziano: Not an overreaction. If you asked me to choose a team to win this division now, I would choose the Eagles, defending Super Bowl champions, who have their own offensive on Thursday night against what was once the Giants. But it's not an overreaction to think that Dallas can win a stunning and catchy NFC East. If you can score on the Jags, you can score on any that. The key for the Cowboys will be to develop some consistency in attack (and win a game on the road), but their passing game will not be worse than in weeks 1 to 5, and here they are.

The Jaguars defense is broken
It's one thing to give Patrick Mahomes and Chiefs of Flight 30 minutes, as Jacksonville did last week. It's another idea to give 40 points to a Dallas team with an average of 16.6 points per game. Jacksonville was to continue on his defensive run of 2017, but has so far allocated more points than he has scored.
The verdict of Graziano: OVERREACTION. This is a blip of two games, people. Jalen Ramsey has a hard time playing, the Cowboys are strangely tough at home, and it's still a team that has only awarded 14 points per game in September. Jacksonville's three-level studs have not suddenly forgotten how to play two weeks ago. Guessing that they find themselves a little at home next week against Houston.
Adam Thielen is the best wide receiver of the NFL
Thielen scored 11 catches for 123 yards in Minnesota's victory over Arizona on Sunday. He is the first player in 57 years to open a season with six consecutive games of at least 100 yards. His 58 catches are an NFL record for the first six games of the season. He had a touchdown pass in four of the Vikings' six games.
The verdict of Graziano: Not an overreaction. This is not new. His Vikings teammate Stefon Diggs is great and will always be the Minneapolis Miracle player, but Thielen has outperformed him for over a season and a half now. He finished fifth in the league last season receiving yards and eighth in catches. It is not surprising that Kirk Cousins is attached to him. He might not have the ad that Antonio Brown, DeAndre Hopkins, Julio Jones and Odell Beckham have. But if you're lucky enough to have Thielen on your fantasy team, you know he's playing better than they do.
Sam Darnold is the best rookie quarterback
Darnold completed 80% of his passes and posted a score of 113.9 in the Jets' victory over the Colts on Sunday. He has thrown five touchdowns against two interceptions in his last two games, both won by the Jets. He beat the Broncos thoroughly last week and then separated the Colts on Sunday, because that's what Indy gave him. He seems smart and posed and gives Jets fans reason to believe that they finally understood that.

The verdict of Graziano: OVERREACTION. Hey, he could very well be the best of five quarters of the first round of this year. And he was certainly the best of the week 6, when Baker Mayfield had a tough day for the Browns, Josh Allen was injured in the Buffalo match, Josh Rosen was a bit "meh" in the Arizona defeat, and Lamar Jackson continued to play for the Ravens. But, over the last six weeks, these happy roller coasters should convince you not to draw big conclusions from some good games (or two bad ones). All of these types are learning and growing and will continue to have ups and downs, and we will not know for years what is the best. It's the pleasure of that.
Jon Gruden Raiders are the worst team in the NFL
What did the football fans in London deserve that we send them the Raiders? Seattle was one of the six worst-performing players in the league on Sunday, but managed to overtake Oakland by 369 yards to 185 and beat the 27-3 Raiders. The Raiders are 1-5 – their only win is a 45-42 overtime fiasco against the Browns – and have allocated the third highest point in the league while scoring sixth.
The verdict of Graziano: Not an overreaction. Someone must be the worst team in the league, and Gruden's squad looks like a strong candidate. The Raiders are one of four teams 1-5, with Colts, Giants and Cardinals. (The 49ers could join the group on Monday night.) But what really annoys you about the Raiders is that you do not know what the path is. Gruden treated the offseason as a demolition, traded the best player in the team a week before the start of the season and failed to convince Derek Carr to keep pace with what he believed . There are nine years left on his contract and it is possible that the Raiders are preparing for the move to Vegas, but it's not fun to watch in the meantime.
