Jaden Smith has revealed he is dating Tyler, the Creator, referring to the rapper as his boyfriend while on stage at a Californian festival.
Smith, 20, the sound of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, told the crowd at Flaw Camp Naw Carnival that he is dating the I'm not Got Time rapper.
"Tyler, the Creator is my boyfriend, it's true," said Smith.
"Tyler does not wanna say, but Tyler is my motherf *** ing boyfriend, and he's been my motherf *** ing boyfriend my whole life," Smith added, during his expletive-laden confession at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
But Tyler, the Creator – who was wearing a face mask? – Smith's love declaration.
Smith later tweeted about it, saying US rapper Tyler – whose real name is Tyler Gregory Okonma – could not longer be an item.
Smith has written about challenging gender stereotypes, and wearing dresses.
"I do not see man clothes and woman clothes," Smith told GQ.
"I feel like people are kind of confused about gender norms.
"I feel like people do not really get it.
"I'm not saying that I get it, I'm just saying that I've never seen any distinction.
"If I wanna wear a dress, then I will, and that will set the new wave".
Tyler, the Creator's 2017 album Flower Boy was said to have addressed his sexuality.
On the song, I'm not Got TimeHe has been romantically involved with men, "I've been kissing white boys since 2004".
