ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Jake Butt was assessed for a left knee injury in Thursday's practice, head coach Vance Joseph said.

Butt has been listed as limited on Thursday's practice report.

Cornerback Tramaine Brock missed Thursday's try after Wednesday, but Joseph said Brock was not injured again.

"He was not ready to go full blast today, so we thought [we would] to be smart with him one more day, "Joseph said. "[It] should help him to be healthy. "

Safety Dymonte Thomas, linebacker Brandon Marshall and cornerback Adam Jones were all limited.

Thomas and Jones have now trained for both sessions since Sunday's game was out.

Marshall did not train on Wednesday but returned to the field on Thursday.

Joseph said quarterback Case Keenum, who missed a workout last week with knee pain, continues to improve.

"He's fine," said Joseph. "I thought Case was coming out of the game pretty well. He had no swelling, he had no problems. So, he should obviously feel better this week.
