Jenelle Evans claimed that her husband, David Eason, had become "violent" with her in a drunken rage on weekends.

Evans told the operator that four children were at home and "all slept".

"I think he's leaving the house," she told the operator.

"I do not know what to do at the moment," she added, adding that "Eason" left with his friend.

"I have a pain in the collarbone," she said during the call.

People are at Evans and his representative for the comment. A media relations officer from Columbus County, North Carolina, did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

On Thursday, PEOPLE confirmed that Evans had been hospitalized over the weekend. The head of 911 operations for Columbus County, North Carolina, said two police officers had responded to a 911 call launched from Evans 'and Eason' s home on October 13.

The call was made by a woman just before 10 pm. and was "called to the assault," said the leader.

An ambulance was also requested but subsequently canceled, the chief said: "The woman was instead transported to the hospital by a private vehicle".

A spokesman for the Columbus County Sheriff's Office told PEOPLE that no incident report had been recorded.

An Evans representative had previously told PEOPLE that the MTV star "had friends on Saturday night and that they had a bonfire on his property".
