Jenelle Evans, MTV's "Teen Mom" star, said "All is well" after her panicked 911 call, accusing her husband, David Eason, of attacking him furiously.
Police confirmed that they had responded to North Carolina's assault report that Evans, 26, shared with Eason, 30, and their four children.
Two police officers arrived at the house, but the requested ambulance was canceled because "the woman was transported to the hospital by a private vehicle," police said to People. No complaints have been lodged with the police.
"My husband … has just assaulted me," said the reality TV star sobbing on a tape from the Oct. 13 call obtained by TMZ. "He stuck me to the ground … I think I heard my fucking collarbone. I can not move my arm. "
He "drinks and I think he became violent" because he drank. I'm recovering from an operation I had on Monday, "she added, referring to sinus surgery.
Evans told E! The new Friday that there was a "drunken and dramatic misunderstanding", although it did not explain. "Everything is good, we're totally good, just taking time on social media … the time to focus on ourselves and our family," she added.
A representative of Evans first told People that she had stumbled and fell out at a party at the couple's house.
Evans was one of MTV's teenage mothers with the most troubled past and a number of arrests.
His mother and the father of one of his children expressed concern about the program that Eason might be abusive, which Eason and Evans denied. Eason was banned from participating in the program after homophobic tweets.
Evans and Eason have a young daughter. Evans also has two sons with two other men and Eason has a daughter with another wife.
