Teen Mom 2 Star Jenelle Evans was hospitalized this weekend, confirms PEOPLE.
The 911 Operations Manager in Columbus County, North Carolina, told PEOPLE that two officers responded to a 911 call from Evans' home and her husband David Eason on October 13th.
The call was made by a woman just before 10 pm. and was "called to the assault," says the leader.
An ambulance was also requested but later canceled, the chief states: "The woman was transported to the hospital by a private vehicle".
A spokesman for the Columbus County Sheriff's Office told PEOPLE that no incident report had been recorded.
A representative from Evans told PEOPLE that the MTV star "had friends on Saturday night and that they had a bonfire on his property".
"Jenelle finally tripped and fell near the fire," added the representative.
MTV did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. According to The Ashley's Reality Roundup, who was the first to announce the news, Evans did not film when the incident occurred.
