Jennifer Lopez shows her muscles and shows superb strength in a new photo

Jennifer Lopez shared a photo of his toned biceps via Instagram on Wednesday and proved that the work is paying off. The photo showed the Grammy nominee posing in a beautiful red dress and stretching her muscles after her show at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

"Feel superwoman after the show tonight!" she wrote. "When I started this series, I told myself that 15 shows in 27 days is a lot … but I promised myself that, instead of letting myself go, I would be even stronger at the end … work and be in the best shape of my life … "

Lopez admitted "there were times" when she was "tired" or traveling and that she "had to hold" her workouts whenever she could.

"But we are here with only three shows left !!" she wrote. "And I have a lot of emotions, but most of all I feel strong, happy and grateful !!!" She also included hashtags such as: # WeNotDoneYet, #LetsGoooo and #MakePromisesToYourselfAndKeepThem.

Lopez's Las Vegas residency, titled "All I Have," ends on September 29th. The singer "El Anillo" has already received tons of support from her fans and famous friends.
