According to the Indian Civil Aviation Organization, a company aircraft forgot to start the cabin pressure system.

The return was the latest importunate news for the Indian airline, whose shares in troubled Jet Airways had fallen 4.2% Wednesday, according to information being investigated by government authorities.

Last Thursday, India's oldest private airline confirmed that it had been visited by tax officials. The company said in a statement: "Income tax officials are investigating the Jet Airways office." According to local reports, tax inspectors are looking into the company's expenses.

The tax investigation came after the local media suggested that the Indian Ministry of Commercial Affairs was also investigating the company over funds that had been diverted. The company said that she had not been contacted by the ministry.

Jet is currently seeking new financing after suffering heavy losses thanks to an increase in its fuel costs. The company has delayed the payment of some of its employees, who are trying to preserve their cash flow.

Its shares have fallen by about 70% since the beginning of the year.
