JetBlue Airways organizes a one – day sale for flights over the Halloween week with fares as low as $ 31 one way and $ 58 round trip.
Entitled "The Get Ghoul-ing Sale" on the airline's web page, the majority of the flights in the promotion depart from Boston, Fort Lauderdale, New York, Orlando and Washington, D.C.
There are several restrictions on promotion. First, flights must be booked before 23:59. EST Friday, October 12 and are conditioned by durable supplies. Secondly, travel is limited for dates between 29 October and 3 November, with some routes only available. Rates also include taxes and government fees and the promotion is not valid on previous bookings.
None of the proposed flights are international.
A two-day trip at the beginning of the week, from John F. Kennedy International Airport from New York to Austin, Texas, is priced at $ 61 round trip, a definite plus for any traveler.
This is not the first time this year that JetBlue offers a promotion based on short-term and low-cost flights. In July, the New York-based carrier staged an "endless summer sale" which included 58 one-way trips to the Caribbean.
The airline acted boldly in August, becoming the first major US carrier to charge $ 30 for first checked baggage, a move that eventually prompted other major domestic airlines to raise fares.
