Jimbo Fisher on Monday issued a statement about the post-match incident involving his nephew, Cole.
Texas A & M beat LSU 74-72 in seven overtime on Saturday night at Kyle Field in College Station. After the match, a fight broke out between Cole Fisher, an undergraduate student leader for A & M, and some LSU players / members. Fisher reportedly hit LSU analyst Steve Kragthorpe in the chest, hitting the trainer in his pacemaker. Kragthorpe has Parkinson's disease.
LSU players and players defended Kragthorpe afterwards, with Kevin Faulk appearing to exchange swings with Fisher.
Here is a video of the incident:

Fisher says he and others watched the video of the incident and took statements of what happened. He says the issue has been handled internally.

Fisher's answer will seem pretty weak to those who want to see the discipline for Cole.
