First, Paul McCartney jazzed up the carpool lane; now he's taking elevator rides up a notch.

Joining Jimmy Fallon for a skit on Thursday's "The Tonight Show," the 76-year-old singer and his host who thought they were taking a run-of-the-mill tour of Rockefeller Plaza. Unbeknownst to the crowds, when the elevator doors opened, they would catch glampses of the celebs lounging around in jackets jackets, performing magic gold battling in ping pong.

Naturally, people completely lost their minds. One woman even tried to make a break for it and exit the elevator to join the duo, and we do not blame her one bit.

See the whole prank above, which includes a performance of "Drive My Car" with Fallon on Drum and McCartney on the acoustic guitar.
