You spend the entire off season practicing. You fight in the locker room. You go out the day of the opening and … you are caught by someone from the other team and turned into a poster or worse, into Twitter Oats. This can please everyone, provided that "we" is "one of the best basketball players in the world". And the first night of the NBA season, it came to Joel Embiid 76ers.
Jaylen Brown hit the big man despite the fact that Embiid clearly got his hands on it. He closed the lay-up with a nice looking down.
The bad night of Embiid was however not over. A good look at one stroke of luck deserves another. And Jayson Tatum was more than willing to help, winking at Embiid after firing a shot at his outstretched arms.

The Sixer star does not seem to sweat too much.
