Jonathan Van Ness, the star of "Queer Eye", talks about the critics who reprimanded her choice of clothes on Creative Arts Emmys Sunday.

Van Ness – who is the expert in grooming on the popular Netflix series – wore a black dress with a transparent top and boots on the red carpet, before "Queer Eye" won three Creative Emmys, including an exceptional structured reality program.

A majority of social media users could not get enough of the Fab Five's glamor, but not everyone was a fan. An Instagram user commented, "The guy in the dress looks like the villain in contempt for me."

In typical Van Ness fashion, the 31-year-old applauded: "I am (explosive) amazing and I'm calling Jonathan, I'm slamming the filter using on your private Insta tiny profile".

The exchange was captured by the Instagram account Comments by Celebs. Van Ness continued: "I also love all those transphobic comments here." The guy in dress "is insulting and for anyone who does not see the implications is blind."

He thanked his glam team for his personal account, adding "We have absolutely come to kill this obscene and (explode) a norm of genre."

The negativity of his fashion seemed to be overwhelmed by the praise of other celebrities.

Under her Instagram post, Reese Witherspoon commented "Amazing". Katie Couric added: "Congratulations !!! You look absolutely gorg !!!"

Sophia Bush said, "You burned it, Hunney !!!!" The star of "Crazy Rich Asians", Constance Wu, applauded "Love this".

The star of "Pretty Little Liars", Ashley Benson, commented "CHICCCCCCCCC".
