The two fiancés were arrested leaving a Starbucks in New York on Saturday, a day after the 21-year-old man went on Twitter to talk about rumors that she and Bieber were already married.

Baldwin will travel to England for London Fashion Week, where she will participate in the Falcon show with Adidas.

On Friday, several outlets reported that Baldwin and Bieber said "I'm doing it" a day earlier in NYC after being seen at the Marriage Office.

"I understand where speculation comes from, but I'm not married yet!" the model tweeted, putting the rumor at rest.

A source told ET that while Bieber and Baldwin had registered for a marriage license, they only received one license and did not have a marriage. The marriage license obtained by Bieber and Baldwin becomes valid after 24 hours and remains valid for another 60 days in New York State. If the lovebirds want to get married abroad, they must first have a public service in the state to make it legal.
