Justin and Hailey really tied the knot last month in New York – the same day they got their marriage license in court. They had a preacher, Jeffrey Quinn, a faculty member at Nyack College, near the courthouse.

The witness was Josh Mehl, a friend of Justin who is attending Churchome in Los Angeles.
