Jenni's former husband "JWoww" Farley is doing everything in his power.
A month after filing for divorce in September, Farley, 32, is linked to Roger Mathews, 43, to celebrate their birthday.
"Rome was not built in a day," said Mathews, who shares two children with the Jersey Shore star, wrote next to a picture of the couple sharing dinner together.
Mathews, who had previously vowed to save their marriage, also had a special surprise for Farley: a carriage ride.
In a video describing the romantic surprise, one can hear Farley asking, "Is this for us?
"Your tank is waiting," Mathews replied, pushing the reality TV star to laugh.
"It all started with a smile," he said in his sweet video.

Showing his chivalrous side as the pair approached the car, Matthews opened the door to Farley.
"Happy birthday," he said.
"Oh thank you," she replied before receiving a big bouquet of Mathews flowers.
The duo joined in October 2015 after almost five years together.

Without giving too much detail about her best friend's personal life, in early October, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi told PEOPLE that she was confident that her best friend would "be fine" once the divorce was settled.
"She's doing very well," said Polizzi, 30.
"They have been fighting since their marriage. That's what you do in a wedding, "added Polizzi. "No wedding is perfect, so I think they'll be fine."

After nearly three years of marriage, Farley filed for divorce from Mathews on Sept. 12, according to a New Jersey statement. Asbury Park Press.
"The plaintiff and the defendant have irreconcilable differences that have resulted in the breakdown of the marriage for at least six months, which suggests that the marriage must be dissolved and there is no prospect of reconciliation," the complaint said. from Farley.

A few hours after the announcement of the breakdown of the divorce proceedings, Mathews shared an emotional video on social media, swearing that he "had not finished fighting" for his wedding.
"My wife has filed for divorce, that's right," he said. "I do not blame her. There is no cheating, no idiots, no juicy details. She was just tired of the repetitive pattern in which we fell … and [it was] not a good one. "
"Which is also true: I have not finished fighting," he added. "I'll get my wife back; I will recover his affection. I will recover his love. I have no intention of being a single father. "
The couple shares his daughter Meilani Alexandra, aged 4, and her son Greyson Valor, 2 years old.
