Kanye West says he's "distancing himself" from politics.
On Twitter, the rapper says he's "used to spreading messages I do not believe in".
He was an ardent supporter of President Trump, but this decision seems to be centered on a campaign he was linked to, known as Blexit.
Led by conservative commentator Candace Owens, she encourages black Americans to leave the Democratic Party.
She claimed that the musician had designed clothes for the campaign, which the rapper has now denied.
The rapper tweeted, "My eyes are now wide open, I'm distancing myself from politics and focusing completely on creativity."
It seems that Kanye West has the intention to withdraw completely from politics now.
The musician wrote to his 28.7 million followers: "I support the creation of jobs and opportunities for the people who need them most.
"I support prison reform, I support common sense laws that will strengthen security in the world.
"I support those who risk their lives to serve and protect us and I ask those who abuse their power to be accountable".

This is not the first time the rapper, who wants to be called Ye, has to clarify his political convictions.
Earlier this year, he was criticized for stating that the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution, which ended slavery, should be abolished – a statement that he clarified afterwards . Apparently he wanted to write "fine".
And his performance in the American comedy show Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago aroused indignation and fun in the same way.
The 49-year-old, married to Kim Kardashian, wore a hat with Donald Trump's slogan "Make America Great Again" and apparently gave a mantra in the air to support the president.
