The controversial rapper, 41, has designed a line of shirts and hats for the Campaign "Blexit", which pushes the black voters to leave the democratic party. "Blexit" is the abbreviation for "Black Exit", imitating the slogan of Britain's departure from the European Union.
The merchandise, which proudly bears the slogan "Design by Kanye West," debuted at the Turning Point Black Youth Summit in Washington on Saturday.
"Blexit is a rebirth and I'm lucky to say that this logo, these colors, were created by my dear friend and colleague superhero Kanye West," the group's director of communication Candace Owens announced to the crowd.
"Blexit" movement encourages black community and "freethinkers of the land" to give up "an emotionally abusive relationship" with the Democratic Party, in pursuit of "freedom over tyranny".
