Kanye West is going for the colourful look.

Possibly making an attempt to compete with a rainbow, Yeezy debuted his pink head-top two days after the shooting scare at Tekashi69’s music video shoot.

It’s definitely been quite a week for the Gold Digger rapper, who was forced to comfort fans who worried for his family’s safety after reports of their home being hit by the Californian wildfire.

But the 41-year-old looked bright as day as he emerged from a Los Angeles building with a lot of security in tow.

The brightness is thanks to the bright hair – if you look closely, you’d notice that his hair is actually a mixture of yellow and pink – matched with a neon yellow T-shirt, however, the artist looked pretty downcast.

The unique look was most likely for the music video he was scheduled to shoot earlier this week with Nicki Minaj and Tekashi, also known as 6ix9ine.

The production for the video was forced to be postponed when bullets were fired. Kanye left the scene immediately and Nicki had a lucky escape as one of the bullets entered the room she was reportedly meant to be changing in.

Tekashi was filming a video at an $80 million (£61 million) estate in Beverly Hills on Thursday night when gunshots were reportedly heard ringing out.

According to TMZ, police received a call at 10.25pm and rushed to the shoot and awitness told the website that eight shots were fired in an apparent drive-by.

One bullet entered a bedroom of the building. Nobody was hurt in the incident.

50 Cent posted, and later deleted, a picture of a bullet hole in a bedroom window at the reported house where Tekashi’s video was shooting.

The commotion at the Tekashi video shoot comes three months after shots were fired near the set of Tekashi’s video with 50 Cent.

The rappers were filming in Brooklyn when a car is believed to have shown up, with one of its occupants firing off 11 shots.
