Kate McKinnon was back as Ruth Bader Ginsburg for the Saturday Night Live beginning of season.
Appearing on Update of the weekend, McKinnon's Ginsburg began by singing, "I'll never let you go, I'll never let you down, I'll never turn around and retire!"
It also weighed on the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation process.
"He thinks his confirmation hearing was unfair?" She says.
Then she said: "My confirmation was that they threw me in a river to see if I was floating."
She also targeted Sen. Jeff Flake.
"Hey Jeff Flake, you can borrow a pair of my panties because you're so anxious to cover your ass," she says.
"It's a Gins-Burn!" She exclaimed before dancing.
