We talk about twelve hours after Julie declared you winner. How have you been since?

What was your reaction to the way everything went?
The votes were much closer than expected. Even before the vote, I really felt that if I took JC or Tyler [to the end]I had a good chance of winning because they had blood on their hands and I did not do it. I'm happy to have finished with the win.
Is there anyone in particular who you were surprised to vote for you or against you?
I thought I was going to get Haleigh's vote and Brett's vote. I thought Brett was really pissed off by what Tyler had done. Sammy, I was weird [on]. I knew I was going to have Scottie. Tyler thought that he was going to have Scottie's vote, but I felt better.
You guided the jury and the final speech about your relationships and your social game. What was your reason behind this angle?
It was my strategy and my plan before. Before going home, my number one priority was my social game. I knew it was going to take me that much. Because it's huge! I've been watching the show for years and I think few people understand the importance of social gaming. Especially being a madhouse where everyone's emotions go up and down. If I could be there for someone on a personal level, it would go far. I know [Tyler] did a lot of strategy; I just got to know my social game [would prevail]. In the end, if someone can trust me and feel good with me, I have a good chance of getting his vote. I can not stress enough on the social game. That's why I won the match.

I knew that there was a point where I was going to cut the people I cared about, and it hurt. But I knew that they would know that it was a match. You really had to separate the game and the staff. How difficult is it to separate a person from the player? Was it difficult to make this distinction after watching the show for so many years?
Oh my god, it was so hard! Being in the house is a whole different level [from watching it]. Nobody will ever understand living in this house unless [lived] in this house. You go through the days and it becomes normal. You build relationships and play the game at the same time. And it becomes difficult to separate the two; that's really the case. It's amazing to think about it.
Let's go back to the end of the game. Let's say that Tyler wins the final HoH and cuts you off, bringing JC to the end. Who would you have voted for?

On this note, it's interesting to me that you've built a game based on loyalty, despite Big Brother to be a game built on lies to people. Even in your questions to the jury, you say that you have never made a promise that you would break. Did you plan this before entering the house too?
I wanted to be as faithful as possible. I did not want to hide anything and be true to myself. I've known in Big Brotherthere will be a couple of lies here and there. I made no promises that I could not keep because I knew it would hurt people. There would be no trust. Whenever I spoke to people, I would be super vague. I did not promise anything. I would say, "Yes, it sounds good. That's what everyone does. It was so vague and I made no promise because I did not want people to be suspicious of me. Less is more m & # 39; a lot helped.

You come from a team sports team and you form your own team in the category "Level 6". You seemed to have this mentality of being a team player and a loyal soldier, putting you in position for your alliance. Does this come directly from your daily life?
Yeah! I have been practicing team sports all my life. Being part of a team is everything for me, and I know that my team, whether on the field or not, will have my back, so I will have theirs. Being in the house and having this strong alliance, I thought to myself: "I have backs, I know that they have mine." It was huge; it really brought us very far. The atmosphere of the team was great.
Considering Big Brother is an individual game at the end of the day, what convinced you so much that your "team" would remain faithful?
When we started the alliance, it was a strange energy and atmosphere. We could all have the back of each other. And as the weeks passed and we were still faithful, we were so strong. I was very lucky
In the second half of the game, you keep going to keep the "level 6" in power. Have you ever thought about limiting your performance for fear of becoming too big for a target?
Not at all. In the second half, it was "Level 6" which continued to have power together. At that moment, I knew we were still following a plan. Winning me contributed to our alliance and then out of the big targets of the house. So no.

I always have this mindset in my head that I can only control so much. A lot of things happen and I have to adapt. Stay positive, stay optimistic and know that I can not control some things. Cool, something is happening, now we have to find what we can do from here. It was just staying calm, dude. I've talked a lot in my head: "Everything will be fine. Stay focused. I think it's huge. I really care about people; I like people. I knew the guests had felt that. That's what I am, being true to myself, being loyal and being Kaycee. To be happy, to be positive. The other guests were going to feel it. It was huge that I could just be me, and I did not hide anything. It made things easier. I like things to be simple; I do not like being extra. Keep things simple, simplify them. Be myself and do not lie and do too much. If you do too much, there is still more work to do to go back. Make it easy, be who I am and stay faithful.
