WARNING: DETERIORATION DETAILS BELOW
Amanda Peters, 26, was arrested on Saturday at 2 am at home, according to an online archive. According to WLEX-TV, she was wanted on a pending warrant in nearby Rockcastle County.
When the owner let in agents, Peters would have locked herself in a bathroom. A responding MP forced himself into the bathroom and arrested the woman "forcefully".
It is at this point that the police alleges that Peters "intentionally released his entrails in an upward movement and with a deliberate direction towards this MP – causing bodily trash on the face, arms and legs of this MP" .
On-line documents have shown that Peters was charged with resistance to arrest, third-party assault of an officer, theft of others without consent, giving an agent false identification information and theft by illegal possession or disposition $ 10,000 or more.
Livingston is about an hour's drive southeast of Lexington.
